Our amazing student Hazel Lauron has just taken out Best Dessert in the Young Chefs Competition at the 10th World Food Competition 2026 in Kolkata, India — competing against talent from 40 countries around the world! 🌏Hazel's journey to this moment wasn't easy. She worked tirelessly in the lead-up to the competition — training, refining, and pushing herself to represent Salford College and Australia to the very best of her ability.
