As the final Restaurant day drew to a close, the Commercial Cookery Certificate iv students finished their last kitchen unit “Co-ordinate Cooking operations” with some amazing food and showcased the skills learnt and honed over the course and work experience. For 3 continuous weeks they server morning tea and lunch to a bevy of customers with mouth watering dishes. Congratulations to all students who participated in this and to Chef Charles for organising this. We were all very proud of the outcome. With quite a few of them already working in the industry, the assimilation of skills and knowledge continues.
The food was served by our Certificate 3 Hospitality School students under the guidance of trainer Kim Growden. They did a marvellous job and made their trainer proud.
A very best wishes to them who are graduating soon and hope they realise their dreams.
