Daman Rana, Salford College’s Commercial Cookery trainer hosting a masterclass for Secondary School Challenge Competitors during last week’s competitions. Daman is an accomplished Chef and Trainer highlighted by the request for him to present the masterclass. All trainers at Salford College have had great experience within the workforce and they are more than happy to pass on this knowledge to current students, setting them up for long careers in their chosen field.
