With the beginning of the year our Restaurant Days started full steam ahead!
Salford College promotes over 25 restaurant days throughout the year having work experience as its main objective where our Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery Students are the ones cooking and serving the dishes.
It’s a great way for them to show their skills as we invite partners, industry stakeholders and other students to the enjoy their fabulous dishes and services. Among all these Restaurant Days we have some that are buffets, other are a la carte and some have a degustation menu with over 10 courses. Different varieties for all sorts of experience to the students and the guests.
Here are some of the highlights of January’s Restaurant Days:
