Salford College organised a Bakery Masterclass “The Art of Bakery” recently. Ron Heinrich, 3rd generation Baker and South Australian Membership Officer at Bakers Association of Australia delivered a lecture and demonstrated baking tips.
About 30 students attended the event and had a great time watching and trying their hand in baking.
