The April batch of Certificate III Commercial Cookery commenced successfully on 12 April as per schedule. The batch was full strength with 16 students from countries such as Chile, Brazil, Kenya and India among others. Their trainer Ronan Cunniffe can be seen here in the picture along with the students.
