The program is typically delivered over 24 months, incorporating their visits and also one day a week.ethical learning, practical assessments, and project-based activities. It also includes:
- Site Visits: Hands-on experience at actual construction sites to bridge theory with real-world application.
- One Day a Week Face-to-Face Classes (if required): Interactive sessions to address complex topics and ensure personalised support.

Description
In this course, you will learn about:
- Residential Construction: Manage building projects for Class 1 and 10 structures (up to 3 storeys).
- Commercial Construction: Oversee projects for Class 2 to 9 buildings, Type C and B construction.

Entry Requirements
- Completion of the general construction induction training program (CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry) is mandatory for anyone carrying out construction work.
- While no formal prerequisites are required, a basic understanding of construction concepts or prior industry experience is advantageous
